Cruxstone Development & Investment Limited wishes to reassure its residents, subscribers, investors, business partners and the general public following the temporary interruption of certain common area services at Iconic Towers, Victoria Island, Lagos State on the 17th of September, 2026.
While the interruption was brief, we sincerely regret the inconvenience and disruption experienced by our residents and occupants. We acknowledge that, irrespective of the circumstances giving rise to the interruption, we have a responsibility to ensure that our residents and stakeholders experience the highest possible level of continuity, communication and service. We take that responsibility seriously.
The temporary restriction arose in the course of an ongoing transactional and administrative engagement between the development partners of Iconic Towers, Cruxstone Development & Investment Limited and the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) which was resolved within a few hours
We are pleased to confirm that all affected services were restored shortly thereafter and that Iconic Towers continues to operate normally, with residents and occupants enjoying uninterrupted access to the development’s facilities and amenities. At no time was the safety or security of residents compromised.
At Cruxstone, we recognize that the confidence of our residents, subscribers and investors is built not only on the quality of our developments, but also on our responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to take responsibility when service expectations are not fully met. We will continue to review and strengthen our stakeholder engagement and operational processes to support the seamless delivery of our services and the premium living experience for which our developments are known. We are confident that this situation will not occur again as all pending deliberations have been concluded.
